  • Yes, we can help you book flights to the Dominican Republic. We can select and also book flights directly on your behalf if desired.

  • We recommend traveling with a group, or joining a group trip, as some excursions and experiences can’t operate without a minimum number of guests.

  • We do our best to partner with local guides, drivers, and hosts that can speak English. We maintain communication with all vendors and partners to quickly solve any issues that arise.

  • Many phone plans today enable data and texting abroad, including in the Dominican Republic. We also recommend getting an e-sim before arriving in the airport.

  • To enter the Dominican Republic, you need a valid passport with at least six months validity and a completed electronic entry form. No tourist visa is required for stays under 30 days.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    At Nueva Travel & Tourism, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness while maintaining the quality of service we provide. Please review the policy below before booking.

    1. Cancellation by the Customer

    If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are issued based on the timing of your cancellation:

    • More than 30 days before the scheduled trip: Full refund, minus a processing fee of 8%.

    • 15 to 30 days before the scheduled trip: 50% refund of the total booking cost.

    • Less than 15 days before the scheduled trip: No refund.

    2. Cancellation by Nueva Travel & Tourism

    We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

    • Severe weather conditions

    • Government restrictions

    • Insufficient bookings

    In such cases, customers will be offered:

    • A full refund or

    • The option to reschedule the trip or receive a credit for future travel.

    3. No-Shows

    If a customer fails to arrive at the designated time and location for their trip, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

    4. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

    • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

    5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
